This service agreement offers SystemGuard Advanced Protection Coverage with Business On-Site Repair for your notebook during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of ownership.

SystemGuard coverage protects against expensive repair bills caused by damage from handling - if Toshiba can't repair your computer, they'll replace it. This plan covers the risk of unexpected damage so you can protect your investment. With Business On-Site Repair service, if your computer has a hardware failure, and the issue cannot be resolved via phone-based troubleshooting, a technician will arrive with parts at your business location to perform the necessary hardware repairs. You'll benefit from a convenient single point of contact - expert technicians are available 24x7 for phone-based technical assistance and to dispatch an on-site technician as needed.

This plan must be purchased within the first 30 days of product purchase. It is available for all Toshiba notebooks with a 3-Year standard warranty. The term of the program begins on the original purchase date of your notebook. Allow up to 3 - 4 weeks after purchase of this program to receive a letter confirming warranty entitlement. Entitlement can also be confirmed by clicking on the confirmation link available on Toshiba's website.
