The Mini-Genie2 (MG2) KVM Switch gives you centralized control of two PCs using a single keyboard, monitor and mouse. With this compact unit, you'll conserve office space and cut energy costs while eliminating redundant peripherals and increasing productivity. The MG2's intelligent mouse and keyboard emulation ensures successful booting and flawless operation for your PCs. Monitor resolutions up to 1600 x 1280 are supported. Cap Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock status are recorded and restored by the MG2 as you switch between PCs. PCs are selectable via keyboard Hot Keys, front-panel select buttons or automatic scanning. A Reset button synchronizes keyboard and mouse signals. The MG2 is a plug-and-play unit that installs quickly and easily using standard cables. Two sets of 6-foot PS/2 cable kits are included to speed up installation.
