4-Port SwitchView KVM switch, 1 user, w/ 2 Color Coded Cables (12045)
The 4-Port SwitchView KVM Switch lets you use only one set of peripherals to control up to (4) computers, helping you eliminate the cost of purchasing and maintaining multiple keyboards, monitors and mice. Without all those bulky monitors, your office or computer room is better organized. Plus, you free up valuable space for other uses. No more juggling keyboards and untangling mice. You work more efficiently because every computer is right at your fingertips.
PC selection can be made through the keyboard or using the front panel push-button and it has an automated scan mode that allows each PC's video to be viewed in sequence. SwitchView's hot plug capability allows PCs to be added or removed without powering down the switch or other attached servers. There are LEDs that indicate which computers are on-line and which one is currently selected and there are two color coded cables included in the package that provide high video resolutions and make installation a breeze!

Compatibility Notes
|
SwitchView works with PC / AT and PS/2 systems, or 100% compatible machines with support for VGA and SVGA video. PS/2 keyboard and PS/2 or IntelliMouse type mice are supported through the rear of the unit. Either Cybex-supplied or standard straight-through cables are supported to attach PCs to the SwitchView unit.
For added compatibility with your installed equipment, SwitchView features an embedded mouse translation capability. Operated through the SwitchView, your PS/2 style or IntelliMouse will work with any attached server, regardless of whether the computer has a PS/2 or serial mouse port.
