Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 provides more optimization for the storage server role including: Performance Optimization; Single Instance Storage (SIS); Search Enhancements.

    Additionally, a significant amount of new storage management functionality has been added, including: File Server Management Console (HP enhanced); File Server Resource Manager; Print Manager Console.
