StarTech.com’s PCISAT2IDE1 slot-saver PCI is the perfect way to upgrade to high-speed Serial ATA without losing your Ultra ATA connectivity. Two Serial ATA ports and one Ultra ATA133 port let you run both drive types on the same system, using only one PCI slot. Serial ATA offers data transfer rates of up to 150Mbps and Ultra ATA133 offers data transfer rates of up to 133Mbps. This card features two independent Serial ATA ports and one Ultra ATA133 port on one PCI card. It is ideal for institutions and individuals using both IDE and SATA drives on the same system.
