Perform fast, sheet-fed, two-sided scanning at up to 25 pages per minute/50 images per minute, and customize 30 scan profiles, then launch with the touch of a few buttons, using our Smart Document Scan Software. You can easily scan pages of book, ledgers, and more using the legal-size flatbed, or copy documents via a one-touch button that sends scans to your default printer.

Scan up to 1500 pages per day with this robust model, and scan up to 100 pages unattended with the automatic document feeder. Improve optical character recognition accuracy and optimize scans on the first pass with Kofax VirtualReScan. And our patented technology keeps the lamp warm and ready for scanning to reduce your start-up time.

The included software will help you create an archival document management system, convert scans into editable text, seamlessly integrate the ScanJet N8420 with your existing document management systems, and save scans in multiple formats.
