This Kodak Care Kit provides 3 years of coverage that can be used to extend the coverage at the expiration date of the new product warranty, extended warranty, current Post Warranty Care Kit, or other equipment maintenance agreement.

This Care Kit must be purchased prior to the expiration of the new product warranty, extended warranty, or maintenance agreement.

Depending on the covered product, Care Kit coverage includes either Telephone Support or Onsite Support. Telephone Support provides Kodak Service and Support from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time. Telephone support includes Advance Unit Replacement, Next-business-day delivery of an exchange unit, or a Kodak Service Representative might assist in the unit's exchange. Onsite Support provides Kodak Service and Support from 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time. Onsite Support includes: travel, labor, and repair parts; Preferential response; Service by Kodak employed service representatives; Preventative maintenance on applicable products; and Total service call protection.
