This service contract provides a 1-year Support Agreement for Fixed Assets Single User. IntelliTrack can become a critical system in your organization - Support maintains your software investment and makes sure you get assistance whenever you need it.
Coverage includes operational support. When you have a problem, you can call IntelliTrack for assistance. You'll receive ongoing minor upgrades, as well as access to changes, bug fixes and new features available on IntelliTrack's website. In addiditon, this contract provides a price reduction on full version upgrades - when IntelliTrack releases a new full version, they will give you additional discounts for that upgrade.
