    This 1-Year LiveSecurity Service Technical Support renewal is designed to remotely assist you with specific issues regarding the installation and on going maintenance of your covered equipment. This subscription renewal entitles you to submit up to five support incidents per subscription year. Reported issues that are the result of software or hardware defects are not counted against your incident limits.

    LiveSecurity Technical Support can help address specific technical issues during an installation, but is not designed to walk you through the entire installation process. By purchasing and activating this renewal, you will waive the LiveSecurity Reinstatement fee.

    Support hours are built around your core business hours -LiveSecurity technical support technicians are available 7:00 p.m. Sunday until 7:00 p.m. Friday PDT/PST so you can receive support coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, based upon your local time. Response time for service is 4 business hours maximum, with priority queuing for critical issues submitted via telephone. Support is not available during the following national holidays: New Years Day (January 1st or closest business week day) and Christmas Day (December 25th or closest business week day).

    Your LiveSecurity subscription also entitles you to access a variety of online tools, including frequently asked questions (FAQs), known issues list, online traning and the interactive user forum. This contract provides advanced hardware replacement, as well.
