Offering high-resolutions of up to 1200x1600 pixels (portrait), the Dome E2-1 Single Head 2 MP 21.3" Color Display System from Planar bridges the gap between high-end medical imaging displays and desktop PACS displays. This 3 MP digital flat-panel display system uses AMLCD (active-matrix liquid crystal display) technology and provides excellent grayscale fidelity and image quality. It is intended for diagnostic imaging for CT, MR, CR, DR, and nuclear and can be used in both portrait and landscape modes.

This display supports an open architecture design which allows users to gain access to brilliant graphics standards, providing the capability of high-speed 3D and volumetric rendering for navigation and visualization functionality. The monitor comes with an nVidia FX1700 PCIe Video Card with 256 MB memory. Moreover, it includes Dome CXtra Software that provides full DICOM conformance testing capabilities, reporting, and remote management, making this an ideal display for your PACS system.
