Emerge EWMS1000R Wireless Media Streamer - EWMS1000R-001
The Emerge EWMS1000 wireless media streamer broadcasts high-quality, full-motion, streaming video from an analog video source to multiple display devices up to 1000 feet. It makes installations simple and more cost effective by eliminating the need for long cable runs and expensive PCs at each display. Offering a smart wireless technology design, the component hardware is capable of self-setup and adjustment to ensure that the highest quality signal strength and video transmission is maintained. As a result, the display device portrays smooth motion video with a stable, noiseless image.
On the source side, the transmitter connects directly to a computer, DVD player, VCR or cable box receiver. At the remote end, the receiver connects directly to the display device which could be a plasma screen, projector or monitor. The Emerge EWMS1000 can be used for point-to-point video extension or for point-to-multipoint broadcast applications: the only difference is the number of receivers trained to the transmitter channel.
For your convenience, this device operates on 802.11a Radio Standard, the least-used standard WLAN frequencies, for higher QoS and interference-free connectivity. Proprietary packet protocol offers security and high bandwidth for challenging installations.
