Coverage includes protection from unforeseen repair costs, as well as toll-free access to Canon's technical support staff during normal business hours. Quality repairs are performed by Canon-certified service personnel using genuine Canon parts. Parts and labor coverage is included in addition to phone support. The InstantExchange service provides a replacement unit, usually the next business day. Repair service is provided by over 400 Canon Authorized Service Facilities (ASFs) nationwide.
