When you need a label printer that has to go where you go, the PT-1400 from Brother is an easy choice. It weighs a little more than one pound and fits in the palm of your hand for easy portability. The PT-1400 has 6 built-in telecom/datacom specific templates and 10 pre-formatted general label designs as well as 9 industry standard bar codes and memory functions with a built-in library of symbols. You can design and print custom labels up to 7 lines and you have options for printing multiple copies, serialized labels, vertical, horizontal, rotated and "mirror" text. You get 8 point sizes and 4 type widths. It uses 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" tape widths along with all TZ tapes, including extra strength adhesive and flexible ID tape.
