The Xerox WorkCentre 4118P combines high-profile features into one low-profile, low-cost package. The 4118P features both print and copy functions, and includes cost-saving features like two-sided printing, scanned document management software, and print and copy selections to reduce paper and toner usage. The unit copies and prints monochrome documents at up to 18 pages per minute, with the first page out in as fast as 10 seconds. The copier can print up to 999 copies at a time, and features reduce/enlarge capability from 25% to 400%.

The 4118P also supports multiple projects with a maximum media capacity of up to 1,200 sheets, so you spend more time printing and a lot less time reloading. And with a print resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dots per inch, you don't sacrifice quality in order to save time. A convenient automatic document feeder holds up to 40 sheets and allows you to conveniently print on specialty media such as envelopes, labels, and transparencies. A standard automatic duplexing unit enables you to easily print two-sided documents, saving time and money.
