The days of needing three different machines to do three separate tasks are long gone. The Brother DCP-8065DN Multifunction Center gives you a printer, a copier and a scanner, in one compact design that won't take up valuable office space. Compatible with both PCs and Macs, it offers a 250-sheet paper capacity and up to 50 sheets in the auto-feeder, so it can complete a job while you work on something else. It can hold up to 150 sheets in the output tray. For connectivity, you have a choice between the parallel and USB 2.0 interfaces as well as network Ethernet capabilities. It comes with 32MB RAM, and the LCD display shows you all the pertinent information.

The printer features a 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution and can print up to 30ppm of letter size paper. It makes up to 30cpm and can reduce/enlarge documents from 25-400 percent. It can also sort multiple copies.

The color scanner features an interpolated resolution of 19200dpi, a maximum optical resolution of 600 x 2400dpi and 48-bit color scans. It comes with OCR software for both PCs and Macs.
