    This VoWLAN kit is a great choice for enterprises looking for a complete voice solution for their wide area network. The kit includes the WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245 and (10) 2210 handsets for a complete solution.

    Nortel WLAN IP Telephony Manager 2245 is an Ethernet LAN appliance that works with the AP to provide Quality of Service (QoS) on the wireless LAN. All UNIStim packets to and from the WLAN Handsets 2210 and 2211 pass through the IP Telephony Manager 2245 and are encapsulated for prioritization as they are routed to and from the supported Nortel IP Telephony solution.

    Nortel Networks WLAN Handset 2210 is specifically designed for mobile workplace use within a facility using the supported Nortel Networks IP Telephony Call Servers and 802.11b Access Points (APs) in a wireless LAN. Nortel Networks WLAN Handset is extremely simple to use, requires minimal training, and is durable enough to withstand the rigors of workplace use. The rugged design has no moving parts or external antenna so there is nothing to break or come loose.
