Available worldwide, the Advanced Replacement Service Plan is designed for organizations that require economical service for non-critical operations. This plan includes software maintenance, web-based self-service support tools, and access to Brocade Connect, an end user management portal. This plan ensures the shipment of hardware replacement within two business days as long as calls are received by noon, local time. Call center access is limited to normal business hours, 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday. Physical installation of the replacement switch and defective product return is to be done by the end user company.
