This Liebert MP Advanced Power Strips, with remote monitoring capability for power distribution at the load/equipment level, is designed to support the growth in your rack electrical needs while meeting new demands for remote power management.

While the local display on the Liebert MP Advanced Power Strip provides operating information, the key aspect of the design is the remote monitoring capability. Using the strip’s serial interface, you can connect to the Web through Liebert OpenComms EM or a Liebert Access Server (available separately).

The Liebert MP-M Power Strip monitors the electrical attributes of the power strip and provides real-time remote and local display of total strip true RMS volts, amps and watts. Other capabilities include: ambient temperature measurements, an easy viewing LCD that displays power readings, re-nameable receptacles for inventory tracking, Telnet and SNMP support, audible and receive alarms based on preset thresholds and user authentication for added security.
