DataPortable 525 USB-IDE/ATA-6 External Hard Drive Enclosure (RoHS) - 0013-3000-1100

DataPortable 525 enclosure lets you add any 3.5" IDE/ATA-6 Hard Disc Drive, ATAPI CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD or tape drive using your computer's USB port. The DataPortable 525 Enclosure is available with a USB 2.0 interface supporting transfer rates up to 480 Mb/sec.

The DataPortable 525 allows quick and easy installation of multi-gig storage to your Mac or PC. It is ideal for storing MP3 tunes, compressed video, digital pictures, games and backup data. The Plug and Play interface makes installation easy. The DataPortable 525 is also hot swappable -- no need to power down your PC to install or remove. The ultra compact design of the DataPortable 525 Enclosure takes up less space and can be positioned vertically. A fan is included to keep your drive cool.

The DataPortable 525 enclosure includes one AC adapter, one USB 2.0 cable, a 1-meter shielded eSATA cable, hardware required for hard drive installation and one 110 VAC cable.
