The FireMV 2250 features native PCI Express x16 and x1 lane architecture. Powered by ATI's scalable FireMV workstation Graphics Processing Units (GPU), this graphics accelerator provides 256MB DDR2 graphics memory. Its low noise variable fan automatically adjusts speed for optimal cooling. The industry standard DMS-59 display connector provides two display support.

The low profile design allows customers to install in the smallest low profile form factors, notebook docking stations, or full height systems. Unified driver architecture simplifies maintenance and system administration. Flexible multi-monitor support enables a variety of analog or digital monitor combinations in addition to independent display resolution, refresh rate, and display rotation settings. Low power consumption reduces power requirement and heat, and increases the life span of the product. With a long product life cycle, you'll benefit from longer periods of time between qualification process and a reduction in costs. A low noise variable speed fan automatically adjusts speed for optimal cooling, lower noise, and longer fan life.
