To process this order you must capture both the manufacturer part# and the product serial# of the product that the warranty is intended to cover.
You must also capture the customer’s name and e-mail address in the cmd14 notes.
The customer can expect fulfillment in 2-3 weeks. However, the warranty or service purchased is fully active as soon as the vendor accepts PCC’s PO.

APC's 1-year Next Business Day On-Site Service provides 5 x 8 normal business hours service scheduling; 7 x 24 telephone technical support, and next business day on-site repair. Repair service on APC systems includes labor, travel expenses, spare parts and built-in batteries(where applicable).
