If a problem occurs experienced APC certified field service engineers will begin on-site trouble shooting on the business day after the problem has been logged. APC's factory trained field service engineers are trained and tested on universally accepted safety practices and electrical codes as well as their own product set, offering the customers the highest level of service available in the industry today.

While on site, the APC field service engineers, backed by years of industry experience, will diagnose any errors directly, ensuring accuracy of any corrective actions taken.

In order to resolve outages as quickly as possible and to keep such errors from recurring, APC follows a rigorous escalation process that includes in depth root cause discovery and corrective maintenance.

To keep you informed of all service or maintenance performed on your system, APC will provide you with a written summary report detailing the events of each service visit.

With APC there are no hidden costs. Travel and labor expenses are included in all service contracts. Replacement parts and components for all units are also included at no additional cost to you.
