This is a 1-year HP Post Warranty Next Day Exchange Support Pack for the HP LaserJet 1500 and 2500 Printers.
HP ships permanent replacement product, freight prepaid, with next-business-day delivery for service calls received by HP during HP standard business hours, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays. Calls must be received before 2 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays. This service provides permanent replacement unit by 10:30 a.m. the following business day in most areas within the continental U.S.; add one to two days for service in Hawaii and Alaska. Replacement units are refurbished to like-new condition and are free of major cosmetic defects. Customer must return failed product to HP within 10 business days of customer's receipt of replacement product.
