IBM BladeCenter SAS Connectivity Module - 39Y9195

The SAS Connectivity Module provides basic functionality with support for both BladeCenter E and BladeCenter T Chassis, support for BladeCenter H and BladeCenter HT chassis, and a standard blade module form factor with fourteen internal 1X SAS ports and four external 4X SAS ports.

The IBM BladeCenter SAS Connectivity Module enables the connection to the IBM BladeCenter Disk Boot System and to 3 Gb SAS fabric connectivity. Additional features include standard I/O module form factor with fourteen internal 1X SAS ports and four 4X external SAS ports, use of the Vitesse SAS Expander 7157 ASIC and Vitesse API software interface, connectivity module via CLI, Web Browser, and IBM Storage Configuration Manager, and support for the SAS Zoning capability.
