240W 10" Active Subwoofer with Pedal - 9900-51789-00

The BX10s subwoofer from M-Audio offers a large amount of power in a compact package. The 10-inch driver is powered by a 240W amplifier to deliver a response all the way down to 20Hz. A perfect companion to the BX5a or BX8a speakers, the BX10s is ideal for home or project studios where space is at a premium, but an excellent bass response is needed to meet the increasing demands of modern audio. The subwoofer is fully video shielded for use near video monitors and offers both XLR and 1/4" I/Os for connection with virtually any existing system.

Offering a user-defined crossover between 50 and 200Hz, the BX10s provides improved fidelity over using speakers by themselves, because each component only has to reproduce frequencies that it's ideally suited for. A subwoofer bypass, controlled by the included foot pedal, is built-in so you can hear what your mix sounds like with and without a subwoofer, for the best in monitoring accuracy.
