8-port MasterConsole II KVM Switch (MCC8)

MasterConsole II is a full-featured, corporate KVM switch with input for up to 8 computers, with expandability to control up to 256 computers. Its modular design, advanced on-screen user interface with password security offer the flexibility to organize and manage all your computer systems most efficiently. MasterConsole II will help eliminate the cost and clutter of unnecessary equipment, reclaim space and improve operational productivity for a host of applications.

The built in emulation technology dedicates an individual processor to each channel so that each computer always sees its own keyboard and mouse. This means smooth, flawless switching and operation of any mix of computers running the most demanding operating systems, such as Windows NT, Novell 4.x, UNIX or OpenVMS. You can expand capacity to control 256 computers by cascading MasterConsole II units or by cascading to other Raritan KVM switches. Plus, this switch box supports multi-platforms --mix PCs, Macs, Suns, Alphas, RS/6000s, HP9000s, SGIs, ASCII-based devices; there is also USB support.
