With this IBM ServicePac a service technician is sheduled to arrive at your location within 4 business hours after remote problem determination is completed. If after 1:00 PM it is determined that on-site service is required, you can expect the service technician to arrive the morning of the following business day. For non-critical service requests, a service technician will arrive by the end of the following business day.
Once IBM has determined that there is a problem a service technician will come to your location for equipment repairs.
This service is available from 8am-5pm on standard business days (excluding IBM holidays) w/ 4 hour on-site repair service.
