The Brother's MFC-7440N Laser Multi-Function Center with Networking is a fax, printer, scanner, copier, and PC-fax all in one lightweight machine with a small footprint. As a fax machine, the MFC-7440N features a 6 second per page transmission, 14.4K bps high speed modem; 500-page fax memory; 208 station Auto Dialing; 64 shade Gray Scale for photo transmission; Caller ID; FAX/TEL Switch; QuickScan; and distinctine ring detection.

As a printer, the MFC-7440N gives you true 2400x600 dpi laser output with 23-page per minute printing. It has 32MB of memory, and prints up to legal size and transparencies. It works with Windows and Mac OS. The copy functions of the device include sorting, and copy enlargement and reduction.

The scanning function is is capable of 600x2400 optical and 19200 interpolated dpi scanning into your PC. It includes ScanSoft PaperPort for document management software for PC and and Presto! PageManager for Mac.
