If you don't have the time or the technical skill, don't worry - you can sit back and relax while our certified installation professionals do it for you. They'll take care of everything from unpacking your new equipment to setting it up - you don't even have to lift a finger. They'll even program your remote controls and train you on the operation of your new equipment.
After you place your order, you will get called from your local technician within 48-72 hours for the pre-installation phone survey to review actual work to be performed and to confirm the installation appointment. Installation appointment times are based on a 4 hour window for the installer to arrive.
Once on-site, the installers will:
- Unpack your new Flat Panel TV, and remove the packaging to the curb, trash, or other designated area
- Install the wall mount bracket (provided by you) and Flat Panel TV
- Integrate your Flat Panel TV to an existing home theater or audio system located in the same room
- Demonstrate the Flat Panel TV menus and components
- Conceal the customer-provided cables in a standard frame wall, from the tuner source to the Flat Panel TV (except for AC power cord which will be concealed with track molding)
- Mount up to five (5) speakers (mounting brackets not included) on wall or ceiling with wire concealment
- Give you an educational demonstration of your newly purchased Flat Panel TV and components (up to 20 minutes).
NOTE: This is a consumer based sku.
