Samsung will pay 100% of the cost of covered parts and labor for the life of the Extended Warranty. You don’t have to bring the product in to have it serviced. For large products like MFPs and color laser printers, Samsung will send a technician directly to you. For smaller products like compact printers, we’ll exchange it for you. If you ever have a question, call Samsung toll-free at 1-800-SAMSUNG. This means support when you need it. If you move or sell your Samsung product, it’s still covered for the life of the Extended Warranty. You can buy the extended warranty on the spot, or take up to 90 days to decide. That way, if you aren’t sure at the time of purchase, you don’t have to miss out on Samsung’s extended protection.
