The Express Ship plan allows you to deliver your Sony product directly to a Sony Service center for repair. There are never shipping costs for covered repairs under this plan. You will receive a pre-paid box and label to send in your product via express freight. An Express Ship plan covers all parts, labor and freight costs to make sure your Sony product is conveniently repaired and delivered back to you. Coverage begins on the date of product purchase.
The Express Ship plan includes complete protection against unexpected, costly service bills. Parts and labor are covered for the length of the Service Plan. Coverage also includes lightning/surge protection. Customers receive 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year access to onsite representatives via our toll-free number.
