Wasp Fontware is a powerful bar code utility that seamlessly integrates TrueType fonts with your favorite business software and database applications. Wasp Bar Code fonts are compatible with all Windows applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus, WordPerfect, and even the most common word processors and spreadsheets.
FontWare provides three bar code densities for each scalable symbology, enabling you to choose the appropriate resolution for your business environment. Six TrueType fonts are included for each scalable bar code symbology (high, medium and low resolution; each with and without the human readable caption). It also has ASCII keyboard mapping utility for inserting special characters; OCR-A and OCR-B TrueType Fonts for Optical Character Recognition applications; plus MICR TrueType Font for printing business checks.
FontWare helps you create compliant bar codes, so there is no need to be familiar with bar code specifications. It handles all technical requirements and informs the user if the bar code font is out of specification. It also adds start and stop characters and automatically performs mathematical operations such as check digit calculation.
