The AccelePort RAS multi-modem adapter integrates high-density analog modems supporting four channels in a single PCI slot. Multiple AccelePort adapters can be installed in a single server so capability can be added as system needs grow. The dense modem technology built into the AccelePort RAS 4 adapter is based on industry-standard Digital Signal Processors (DSPs). Each AccelePort channel operates independently and supports the widest range of analog clients for complete and accurate call completion at the highest rate possible. The adapter supports analog speeds to 56Kbps/V.90.

AccelePort adapters are designed and tested to ensure compatibility with leading application software. The great advantage of Digi AccelePort server-based solutions is the ability to grow and expand as your needs change. It’s as easy as adding another AccelePort adapter to your server. All AccelePort models operate within the PCI 2.1 specifications, support 3.3- or 5-volt servers, and share a common software architecture. These features make AccelePort adapters compatible with a wide variety of PCs and application software.
