3-Year ThinkPlus P+L P/U Depot Repair Service for ThinkPads - 41C9170

This 3-Year ThinkPlus service plan offers 12-hour depot repair service for Thinkpads. With this service plan, customers benefit from door-to-door depot repair service via courier ThinkPads are scheduled to be repaired within 12 hours of arrival at the depot. Machines at the depot in the morning are typically scheduled to be repaired and shipped back to the customer the same day. Parts and labor are included.

Hardware problem determination is performed to the component level. For components made by other manufacturers, the customer must provide the replacement part and this service plan will provide the labor to replace it. If a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer is available, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.

The service period begins with the product warranty, and includes the original limited product warranty period. This service must be purchased with the product or at any time during the original product warranty period - the service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This plan must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
