    Installation Services are available for Video Conferencing Systems, MGC Network Systems and Network Solutions Software products. These comprehensive services maximize your technology investment and provide you with a single, expert resource.

    Polycom's Installation Services include: Pre-delivery check and verification of site network and power requirements; Delivery, inspection and preparation of system components, software and peripherals; System Software installation or System hardware installation to power supplies and connection to networks; Installation of all Polycom supplied peripherals and assistance with the connection of customer supplied peripherals; Live system tests to ensure that the system/software is functioning properly and meets published specifications; Installation performed by a Polycom-authorized customer service engineer or installation specialist; and User orientation for instruction in the use of the system. Installation and Training Packages are available on Network System MGC or Network Systems Solution Software (PathNavigator), which, in addition to the product installation, includes two days of on-site systems administrator training.

    Installation services are provided during Polycom's Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM), weekdays during the business day , 8am to 5pm, excluding national or local holidays recognized by Polycom.
