CadScan Team features contact management software for two users with a desktop business card scanner. Capture contact data and share it across a network and much more. Consolidate all your contact information and share it with your colleagues. Scan in color in about 3 seconds. CardScan Team reads 7 languages from 14 different countries' business cards. It captures information from email, web pages and other electronic files (not just business cards!).

Easy to use software allows for searchig, sorting, categorization, mapping addresses, printing labels, and much more. CardScan Team includes CardScan At Your Service FREE, providing online backup for contact data, web access and updating service. With CardScan Team, you can merge and share contact files, set user access, export to SQL and even expand with more software and scanners. CardScan Team keeps your data identical in all your devices and software with synchronization or export to Outlook, Outlook Express, Palm, Windows Mobile devices, iPods and smart phones plus ACT! Standard, Lotus Notes and GoldMine.

CardScan software is localized in 7 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese. CardScan interprets contact information conventions for the following countries (in the 7 languages above): Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and the United States.
