Its ability to rewrite and edit on DVDs and CDs makes it one fo the most flexible optical drives on the market to day. You will also be impressed by this drive's speeds. It writes DVD+R Double Layer at 4x, DVD+/-R at 16x and CD-R at 48x. Rewrite speeds run at 4x DVD+/-RW and 32x CD-RW while read speeds clock in at 16x DVD and 48x CD.
