Refurb. Cisco WS-C3550-48-SMI - WS-C3550-48-SMI-RF
- Remote Management over RMON 1, RMON 2, SNMP 1, SNMP 2c SNMP 3
- Warranty: 90 Days
The Catalyst 3550-48 Switch (1RU) has (48) 10/100 ports and (2) GBIC-based Gigabit Ethernet ports.
Supporting a range of Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet configurations, Catalyst 3550 Switches serve equally well as powerful access layer switches for mid-size enterprise wiring closets or as backbones for mid-size LANs.
The Catalyst 3550 lets you deploy comprehensive intelligent services, such as advanced QoS, rate-limiting, access control lists, multi-cast management, and high-performance IP routing, while maintaining the simplicity of traditional LAN switching.
Embedded Cisco Cluster Management Suite Software (CMS) lets you simultaneously configure and troubleshoot multiple Catalyst desktop switches using a standard Web browser. CMS Software provides configuration wizards to greatly simplify the implementation of converged applications and network-wide services.
Built-in Gigabit Ethernet ports accommodate a range of Cisco GigaStack GBICs, including 1000BaseT, 1000BaseSX, 1000BaseLX/LH and 1000BaseZX transceivers. The Catalyst 3550 enables tremendous deployment flexibility for stacking/uplink configurations to meet present needs, while preserving options for future migration, making it an ideal "edge" complement to Catalyst 6500 Gigabit Ethernet-optimized core LAN switches.
After initial deployment, the Enhanced Multilayer Software Image Upgrade Kit gives Standard users the flexibility to upgrade to EMI. The Enhanced Multilayer Software Image (EMI) provides a rich set of enterprise-class features including hardware-based IP unicast and multicast routing, inter-VLAN routing, routed access control lists, and the Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP).
This refurbished product is available in limited quantities while supplies last.
