    The Black Box Fault Finder locates breaks and bends causing losses in optical fibers. Pinpoint faults, cable breaks, tight bends, and bad connections with this device's ultra-bright 635-nm laser.

    The Fault Finder works with single-mode and multimode optical fibers and in ceramic ferrules and detects breaks and faults up to 3 km away.

    Operates in either continuous wave or blink mode. Features include a compact size and rugged, waterproof construction. The “Quick connect“ interface fits all 2.5-mm fiber optic connectors. A simple rotary switch enables easy, one-handed operation.

    Interface fits all 2.5-mm fiber optic connectors. Adapters for ST, SC, and FC connectors are also available.
