PLEASE NOTE – Purchasing an extended, onsite plan does not automatically upgrade your first year warranty to onsite. That is, if your original Lexmark warranty was a one-year carry-in service plan, and you purchase an onsite extended service plan, you will also need to purchase an upgrade for your first-year warranty if you want onsite service for your first year, too.
This service contract offers 1-Year of Lexmark On-Site Repair.
Lexmark On-Site Repair offers telephone technical support assistance through Lexmark's Technical Support Center. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you benefit from a qualified service technician to service your printer on-site in as little as four hours.
If you have a printer problem, call Lexmark's Technical Support Center at 1-800-LEXMARK (1-800-539-6275) or submit a request via the web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, they will dispatch a Lexmark trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for printer repair. By purchasing a Lexmark On-Site Repair extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site service during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product, then you will be required to purchase a Lexmark On-Site Repair Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased.
