2-Port Hi-Speed USB 2.0 CardBus PC Card - UB502

ConnectGear's UB502 is a 2-port high speed USB2.0 CardBus PC Card equipped with 2 downstream ports (Type A) for connection to USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. UB502 supports a transmission rate of up to 480Mbps and it is also fully backward compatible with USB 1.1 devices. UB502 is ideal for connecting USB 2.0 and/or USB 1.1 devices such as external storage devices, scanners, printers, digital cameras, keyboard, mice and network connections to function simultaneously on your notebook. Installation is quick and easy; simply slide the UB502 into the Type II CardBus slot on your notebook and you are Hi-Speed USB 2.0 ready!

An optional full-specification switching power adapter (UB-Power) is available. With the use of the optional power adapter (UB-Power), UB502 can supply up to 500mA power to each downstream port which guarantees sufficient power to any high power consumption USB devices.
