Secondary Level 2 Installation for REO 1500 - INSTALL2R15-ADD

The Basic Installation Program ensures that the library can read and write data, respond to interface commands, and verifies power and cooling adequacy. This Exended Installation provides all of the deliverables of the Basic Installation, in addition to the extra steps indicated below.

As the first step, all of the mechanical aspects of your hardware installation are reviewed and completed. Next, your storage product is set up and basic configuration is completed. All required interfaces are configured correctly for proper installation. Drive attachments are verified and configured. Library attachments are verified and configured. Once all steps of installation are completed, the functionality is demonstrated to the end-user, who then accepts the installation.
