Then, a technical support product specialist works on isolating the fault, perhaps replacing it in the lab, and recommends a solution or workaround.
If the problem needs further attention, a team of engineers drives the issue to closure. The team provides the mix of perspectives and strengths required to solve problems that involve multiple devices or technologies. To ensure accountability and continuity, a single technical support engineer follows the case from initiation to resolution.
