    The Fusion D500P E-series is a 5-drive removable storage system that offers the same great features as the Fusion D500P but without the hard drives for customer configuration. Empower your creative desires—provide yourself a large place to store and retrieve ideas, the speed necessary to facilitate your workflow, and the reliability to keep everything safe. The Fusion D500P desktop SATA storage system (with port multiplier) is equipped with (5) 750GB Enterprise/RAID Edition swappable hard drive modules, providing a total of 3.7TB of fast storage. How fast? A single Fusion D500P achieves 225MB/sec as a RAID 0 striped set, fast enough to support multiple streams of DV, HDV, DVCPRO, or uncompressed 8-bit 1080HD video. If you need even more speed and capacity, up to four Fusion D500Ps can be ganged on a Sonnet Tempo SATA E4P or X4P for double, triple, or even quadruple the available streams. Ideal for use in noise-sensitive environments, the Fusion D500P system integrates an ultra-quiet, swappable fan module which is 80% quieter than a standard case fan. When you need more space and better performance, the Fusion D500P is a great solution for the creative pro.
