Adtran Custom Extended Services (ACES) is a comprehensive and flexible installation and maintenance services program designed to protect your network from unnecessary downtime. With ACES protection, if something should go wrong with the Adtran equipment in your network, you are guaranteed immediate access to fully-trained, ready-to-assist technical experts.
This service plan provides ACES 5x8xNext Business Day service, which provides extended service on top of your equipment's standard 5-year Adtran warranty. Coverage provides telephone response from an Adtran ACES representative within 30 minutes of your call for support during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local customer time), excluding holidays. This plan provides next business day (NBD) replacement of parts in the event of a Adtran hardware failure. On weekends and holidays, a replacement will be shipped the next business day.
