This ACES plan provides 3-years of 7x24x4 service. You will receive telephone response from an Adtran ACES representative within 30 minutes of your call for support 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Coverage includes replacement of parts within four hours of the determination of an Adtran hardware failure.
