2-Year Lenovo Care Protection and EasyServ Depot Repair for Lenovo 3000 C100 - 40Y9255

In today's mobile environment, it is important for customers to feel secure that their Lenovo 3000 notebooks are protected against certain types of damage not covered under warranty. Lenovo Care Protection Services help create that level of security by offering protection and service beyond the standard limited warranty for select Lenovo 3000 notebooks.

This suite of services offers repair or replacement coverage for accidental damage suffered during normal operating conditions, which is generally not covered under the standard limited warranty or Lenovo Care Maintenance Services. Lenovo Care Protection coverage supplements an already robust set of support offerings. Some examples of the types of accidental damage that will be covered are liquid spills on the keyboard, failure/damage of the integrated LCD screen, unintentional drops and bumps, or electrical surges that damage the circuitry.

In addition, ThinkPlus EasyServ provides a convenient courier pickup and delivery warranty service in which ThinkPad systems will be picked up at the customer's location, repaired at a designated repair facility, and returned to the customer at no extra charge during the standard warranty period. All pickup and return charges for the Lenovo designated courier service will be paid by Lenovo.

Customers should allow a minimum of one day for delivery of packaging and on average 4 business days for pickup, repair, and return of their ThinkPad when utilizing the ThinkPlus EasyServ service. Access to ThinkPlus EasyServ warranty service will be provided by the Support Center 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, excluding statutory holidays.
