This service program provides ScanCare service and is available during the post warranty period. It combines preventative maintenance, scanner consumables and training with Basic on-site service. Parts, labor and travel are included.

ScanCare is available as an upgrade to your Low Volume scanner's existing standard Limited Warranty. In addition, it offers a Next Business Day response time to suit the needs of your business and improve on-site arrival time.

Coverage includes preventative maintenance that improves performance and productivity. Convenient delivery of consumables kit(s) gives you what you need, when you need it. This service program reduces unnecessary service calls by offering training in product features and routine maintenance.
