3-Year ThinkPlus Onsite Repair 24x7x4-Hour Service for ThinkCentre/NetVista - 41C9193

This 3-Year ThinkPlus plan offers 24x7x4 Onsite Repair service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location for equipment repair within four hours after remote problem determination is completed. Service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. Parts and labor are included.

Hardware problem determination is performed to the component level. For components made by other manufacturers, the customer must provide the replacement part and this service plan will provide the labor to replace it. If a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer is available, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.

The service period begins with the product warranty, and includes the original limited product warranty period. This service must be purchased with the product or at any time during the original product warranty period - the service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This plan must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
