This 1-Year IBM ServicePac provides remote technical support for select storage devices. Coverage included unlimited calls and unlimited callers - call as often as needed. You'll receive access to live technical experts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for severity 1 problems; for all other questions and problems, service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

If IBM cannot answer a question right away, they will strive to respond within two hours. This service helps reduce the complexity of implementing and managing your storage device while enhancing the availability of your covered product in a simple and cost-effective manner. You'll receive comprehensive support to assist with how-to usage, installation, configuration and software defects. Coverage includes guidance regarding product compatibility and operability, interpretation of product documentation, problem source identification and resolution.

This 1-year only agreement for remote technical support services will not automatically renew annually. This service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This ServicePac must be activated after purchase in order to use the service. To activate service, visit http://www.ibm.com/services/servicepac/us. Service activation is required immediately following purchase (within 30 days). Machine type, model and serial number will be necessary for activation and registration.

Services are available for machines normally used for business, professional, or trade purposes, rather than personal, family or household purposes. Not all machine types and models are covered. Remote technical support services can only be ordered for machines that were released and purchased in the United States - services are available only for the machines and software listed in the supported products list. IBM will provide you or your authorized end user with a toll-free number to access the IBM Services Specialist.
